Easy Vegan Cornbread
160 g flour
160 g yellow cornmeal
1 tsp salt
(To taste) black pepper
1 tsp baking powder
75 g oil (I used 50g olive oil and 25g sunflower oil)
400 ml soy milk
1 tsp vinegar or lemon juice
Combine milk and lemon in a mug. Permit sit for 5-10 min until it curdles and becomes buttermilk.
Meanwhile, whisk dry elements (flour, cornmeal, salt, pepper, baking powder).
Pour in moist elements (vegan buttermilk and soy milk). Whisk till combined.
Bake for 20-25 min in a 180�C/350�F oven. Take pleasure in 🙂
